The lab consists of researchers working on microbiology, molecular biology, and computational and systems biology. We aim to foster an interdisciplinary environment. Research
We study the ecology and evolution of microbial communities using quantitative and systems biology approaches. Our goal is to develop a better mechanistic understanding of important community processes to enable strategies for controlling community structure and function.
